Technical Instructions for Presentations

For submitting a contribution, please fill in the authors, an abstract (max. 3000 characters), a literature list (up to five entries) and optionally one figure (black-and-white). Please choose the format of your contribution (poster or oral) and the session it fits in. You may indicate possible alternative sessions, giving us more flexibility in the design of the program.

When the registration is finished you will receive a personal access code. You can add or edit your contributions (before the deadline on November 1, 2013) or book events from the supporting program on the internal part of the conference website using your personal access code.

Each lecture hall will feature a projection unit.  The following presentation software will be provided: Adobe Reader and Microsoft Power Point. The presentation file can be copied on the presentation laptop before the session or during breaks (no online submission).  During break times the presentation laptops will be available allowing you to check whether your presentation is running properly.
