Costs
FIMIN provides the costs for transportation, accommodation and meals for the participants.
Travel costs to the workshop can be paid for PhD students up to a limit of 300 Euro. A statement from the supervisor explaining the need for travel cost funding must be provided. If you want to apply for a travel cost grant please tick the box at the end of the Online Application.
Requirements
In the Online Application please provide the following:
- Your contact data
- A letter of motivation (PDF-document)
- Your CV (PDF-document)
- A tentative title for your research work presentation (poster format)
- Name and contact data of your supervisor.
The number of participants is limited to about 15, to be selected from the applicants on the basis of curriculum vitae, research achievements and projects, and motivation expressed in their applications.
Preference (but not exclusivity) will be given to citizens of countries contributing to the FIMIN Programme.
Registration deadline / cancellation
Deadline for registration is July 22, 2012.
Participants will be informed about their admission until July 31, 2012.
As the number of places is restricted to 15, cancellations of registrations have to be announced as soon as possible to allow alternates to participate.
