comparison of both sites show the regional varieties of the measurement
values
caused by a difference of app. 400
m of altitude between Bayreuth and the
Waldstein
mountain station (Fichtelgebirge) and as well by different kind of vegetation
in the
surrounding area (meadow at Bayreuth and Spruce forest at Waldstein).
