The annual conference of the Africa Multiple Cluster of Excellence will be held at the University of Bayreuth and online from 14. - 16. May 2025. Conference venue is the new FZA building.

Registered participants please check in to receive their badge and information at the Conference Office in room U 0.2 (building FZA) during the following opening hours:
- Wednesday, 14.05.25: 3:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- Thursday, 15.05.25: 8:15 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.
- Friday, 16.05.25: 8:15 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.

Participation online
All registered participants will receive the Zoom links via email on Wednesday, May 14th.
The conference aims to explore the multifaceted temporalities and mobilities of African youth by critically examining their agencies within diverse contexts. Currently, youth agencies and mobilities serve as crucial frameworks for effective theorising on temporalities. Understanding the dynamics of youth movements and actions requires an analysis of lived experiences within changing spaces and timeframes.
