_S_a_l_e _p_r_i_c_e _o_f _h_o_m_e_s _i_n _N_e_w _J_e_r_s_e_y _i_n _t_h_e _y_e_a_r _2_0_0_1

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     The 'homeprice' data frame has 29 rows and 7 columns.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     data(homeprice)

_F_o_r_m_a_t:

     This data frame contains the following columns:

     _l_i_s_t list price of home (in thousands)

     _s_a_l_e actual sale price

     _f_u_l_l Number of full bathrooms

     _h_a_l_f number of half bathrooms

     _b_e_d_r_o_o_m_s number of bedrooms

     _r_o_o_m_s total number of rooms

     _n_e_i_g_h_b_o_r_h_o_o_d Subjective assessment of neighborhood on scale of 1-5

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

     This dataset is a random sampling of the homes sold in Maplewood,
     NJ during the year 2001. Of course the prices will either seem
     incredibly high or fantastically cheap depending on where you
     live, and if you have recently purchased a home.
