Sabrina is a post-doctoral researcher, examining the effects of drought and shade on tree species in the Congo basin. She is linking comparative experimental assessments of drought and shade tolerance for a large number of tree species with trait measurements to elucidate the relative importance of the various mechanisms. The research is conducted within the framework of the EU-funded project CoForChange. Sabrina is currently based at CIRAD in Montpellier.

Blexein Contreras

Blexein is a tropical botanist, with a wide experience in taxonomy and physiology of tropical trees. She is based at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute in Panama.
