Research Interests
Estimating the impacts of climate change on species' distributions using species distribution models, especially:
- animal species protected by the EU Habitats Directive
- vector-borne diseases / invasive disease vectors (mosquitoes)
Methodological advancement of species distribution models:
- dispersal distances
- biotic interactions
- linking process-based and correlative models
Implementation in R using:
- BIOMOD
- biomod2
