The reduced rate applies to participants resident in and affiliated with organisations of non-high-income countries (see World Bank classification) and for students and members of NGOs. Please send us an appropriate proof by email to batsymposium@izw-berlin.de.

Deadline for abstract submission: 16th October 2022, midnight CEST
Please ensure that your abstract conforms to the abstract guidelines given at our web page

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have to cancel your registration, please send an email to batsymposium@izw-berlin.de. Please note that your cancellation is only valid after you received a confirmation of acceptance.

In case of cancellations, refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- for cancellations made before 17th January 2023:  80% refund
- for cancellations made after 17th January 2023:  no refund possible
