This ATC will provide an overview on water challenges at the global level with a focus on policy response and management options. This will be provided by SEI which is world-wide known for its work on improving a sustainable development by bridging science and policy. SEI experts will cover topics on water management challenges in a global setting, the concept of green and blue water and management options for shared water resources and the policy response to micropollutants in water. The workshop will also include a hands-on training session with the computer tool WEAP.
