Abstract submission requires creating an account on the conference website here. Abstracts can already be submitted as part of the registration process.

Final conference registration (including the conference fee, conference dinner, and additional options) will be possible via the account created during abstract submission. Registration will open in early 2027.

The conference fee is €270 per person and includes the welcome reception, refreshments during coffee breaks, lunch on the first and second conference days, and a takeaway lunch on the third day.

The conference dinner will take place on Thursday in "Kommunbräu Kulmbach", 16 September 2027, and can be booked for an additional €55 per person.

Following the conclusion of the conference on Friday, 17 September 2027, participants will also have the option to join a guided tour of the Mönchshof Museums in Kulmbach in the afternoon. This activity is free of charge for conference participants but requires advance registration.

You do not need to submit an abstract to participate in the conference, but registration is required in all cases.
