The University of Bayreuth (UBT) once again performs well in the international “Shanghai Global Ranking of Academic Subjects” and has now established itself in the 401-500 ranking group of 2,500 universities worldwide.

In the field of “Ecology”, the University of Bayreuth is ranked 151-200 worldwide, placing it in 10th place in Germany together with four other universities. In the fields of “Earth Sciences” and “Agricultural Sciences”, “Environmental Sciences & Engineering” and “Geography”, the University of Bayreuth is ranked 201-300 worldwide.
