With BayEOS you can collect sensor data in the field, store data in the database and analyse in R.
BayEOS is a modularized database system developed by BayCEER IT group. It has a history of almost 20 years. BayEOS has started with time series data and is now extended to hold all kinds of spreadsheet like data. The main components are
