CIRA stands for Candle Induced Radical Activation - A smog chamber campaign in summer 2013. Together with guest scientists from Marseille (Université d'Aix-Marseille) we investigated the production of OH radicals by combustion products of a candle. In this context the indoor environment was simulated by adapting the actinic flux of the solar simulator with an additional glass window and grids.
