Welcome Weekend 2014

Starting on Friday, 31st of October, all GCE students spent their weekend together in the Forsthaus Oberwaiz ten kilometers away from Bayreuth. Transportation was either conveniently provided by buses from the university or happened by bicycle or by foot – resulting in minor or major bypasses, challenges and confusions. Nevertheless, everybody ended up to arrive happily at our destination and we were able to spend the whole weekend together. Playing games, having a little Halloween party, enjoying the hot springs in Obernsees or cooking together – during the whole time, we all had the chance to get to know each other and to let students mix across all different semesters. To say it short – it was a nice holiday to strengthen even more our little GCE “family”.
