Documentation of credits    

After the online application PEER offers a databank system in the internal part of the website, where the PhD students together with their mentors can keep records of the courses and achievements within the PhD program.

These are the features provided:    

• Documentation of meetings with the mentors (date, logs) 
• Optional: automatic reminders of meetings 
• Achievements are documented by the PhD student and can be confirmed by the mentors. The credit points are summarized according to the PEER Regulations.
