In this sense, PEER explicit emphasizes the early practise of teaching, be it in tutorials, organising seminars or supervising practical courses in the department for students or for other doctoral students within PEER. Those feeling insecure about their own teaching abilities, will find a variety of useful courses in Fortbildungszentrum Hochschullehre (FBZHL).
