Cooperating Institutions
The TERRECO project is cooperating with the following institutions and organisations:

- National Institute of Meteorological Research (NIMR), Seoul, Republic of Korea
A "Memorandum of Understanding" (MoU) has been arranged between the University of Bayreuth and the following Universities or Institutions in South Korea:
- Kangwon National University (KNU), Chuncheon, Republic of Korea
- Hanshin University (HU), Center for Regional Development, Osansi, Republic of Korea
- Research Institute for Gangwon (RIG), Chuncheon, Republic of Korea
The MoUs are intended to facilitate the collaboration of the respective partner institutions in socio-ecological related development, research and training activities so that the resources of both institutions can be utilized more effectively through direct cooperative efforts. Partner universites, for example, are enabled to exchange their students and scientist with less bureaucracy.
