Online Conference

Due to the Corona pandemic the conference will be held online. After registration, you will receive the access information via e-mail a few days before the start of the event.

Registration Fees

An surcharge of 25 Euros will apply for all registrations received after February 28, 2022.

The reduction for FH members is also valid for members of the DGGV, DWA, BWK, NWZ and IAH. Please include a certificate of your membership in the online registration.
Also students/PhD students and pensioners/retired persons have to verify their status in the online registration.

The registration fee includes the costs for conference documents and a conference package, which will be sent to you in advance by mail.

Payment

Upon registration, the FH-DGGV office will send you a confirmation of participation and the invoice by post. The first invoices will be sent in February 2022. 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be sent in written form to the FH-DGGV office. Cancellations received prior to February 15, 2022 are eligible to receive a refund, minus a 25 Euro service fee. Cancellations after this deadline until three working days before the conference will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. There will be no refund for cancellations later than March 18, 2022 or non-attendance.

Further claims, particularly indemnity claims, are excluded. Changes by the organizers to content or persons involved are reserved.
