On the occasion of the launch of the new research and innovation program of the European Union, the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research has awarded a prize to the 12 best FP7 projects coordinated by French organizations, one project for each FP7 Theme: CEOP AEGIS won the prize for Environment. The prize has been delivered by Authorities led by the French Minister in a ceremony at La Sorbonne on December 16. The programme was coordinated by the University of Strassbourg und Prof. Massimo Menenti. The German partner was the Dept. of Micrometeorology of the University of Bayreuth.
