• Application of Py-GC-MS to track chemical leaching, study polymer degradation and detect micro and nano plastics in environmental and biological samples
•  Development of solutions and mitigation measures for plastic pollution
•  Science-policy interface (e.g. Global Plastic Treaty)
• Release of microplastics from textiles and biodegradable plastics
